Final papers submission

Copyright info: ACM will send you an email with a link to the electronic ACM copyright form(s) to be completed. Upon completing the electronic form, you will receive a confirmation email. Contained within the confirmation email will be the ACM copyright-permission block text, conference data, and DOI string/url specific for your submission and mandatory to appear on the first page of your final paper.

Reviews: You have already received by email the comments by the reviewers. Please take them carefully into account when preparing your final paper for the proceedings.

Deadline: The final version of all papers is due on February 20, 2018. Please note that this is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings.

Submission: You should submit your paper using your EasyChair proceedings author role for HSCC2018 on the EasyChair website. You should prepare your final paper using the templates for ACM SIG conference papers available here. Both source files and the pdf file of your paper should be submitted. If you are using LaTeX, please upload a single archive/zipped file containing your LaTeX sources, including any custom packages that you may be using that are not part of the standard LaTeX distributions. Please use a commonly available format such as .zip or .tar.gz or .tar.bz2 for archiving and compression. Please note that the volume editors should be able to compile your source files! The chairs of HSCC 2018 will check your files and then send them to ACM for publication in the ACM Digital Library. HSCC 2018 proceedings will be only in electronic form.

Page limits: The page limit for “Regular” papers is 10 pages (including references), and a total of 6 pages for “Tool and Case Study” papers.

Registration requirements: To have the paper published in the proceedings at least one full registration to CPSWeek is required. One full registration allows only one paper to be published.

All questions about papers should be sent to the volume editors Maria Prandini and Jyotirmoy Deshmukh.
